2022-09: Page Under Costruction: An interesting idea would be to track re-zoned parcels, some parcels have been rezoned multiple times. What does that mean for the concept of predictability? Need to find something that attempts to explain the relationship between Plans & Ordinance (I mean, provided there actually is much of a relationship).
